If you want to sell something,
maybe someone else wants to buy it!
Taking into account the great interest and cooperation of population, the shopping center Domina continues the tradition and invites everyone at the first flea market „Mantu placis” this year at 25 April. Almost 300 will take upon them a role of the sales people and will sell or change things, which are needless for themselves, but useful for others – clothing, footwear, books, household goods, arts, home equipments and many other things for different tastes and needs.
Musician Niks Matvejevs with his daughters Anete, Kristīne un Beāte, fashion artist Šeila and Māra Upmane-Holšteina, the leader of the group „Astro'n'out”, cook Elmārs Tannis will trade during the „Mantu placis” from 12am until 2pm with an aim to donate finances to orphanages „Lejasstrazdi” and „Gaujiena.” But you will also be able to purchase team souvenirs from the „Dinamo Rīga” representatives. Part of the money will also be donated for the charity. The best chance to fulfil children’s dreams will be a purchase of a coffee at the restaurant’s „Čarlstons” visiting café – all finances, received for the coffee will be donated to orphanages.
„Domina” together with the Eiropas Hitu Radio invites the population to respond and to donate things to orphanages during the event „Izkrāsosim Namiņu dzīvi!” – balls, dishes, stationery and other things, which are not needed for themselves anymore, but still are in a good condition and would delight children’s hearts. You may leave things at the special place during the „Mantu placis.”
The „Domina” offers a chance to look at tuned cars from 1pm till 3pm, to thank the contributors and provide a chance to people to take a breath before finding and purchasing a next item. They have come to the shopping center only because of participants of the „Mantu placis.”
But that’s no all: first 100 owners of the Happy card, which will enlist at the Information center of the shopping center Domina, will receive free bowling game for four people at the recreation and entertainment center „Dzintara boulings.” But children will be able to enjoy the amusement park free of charge after presenting a Happy card.
Every person will be able to participate at the selling and exchanging process from 10am till 5pm. You may find more on the „Mantu placis”: http://www.mantuplacis.lv/. See you at the flea market!
