Domina Shopping Loyalty Program Rules
1.1. Participation in the s/c "DOMINA Shopping" Loyalty Program (hereinafter - the Program) provides customers with better offers and benefits. The aim of the Loyalty Program is to stimulate interest in visiting s / c "DOMINA Shopping", conducting transactions (purchases and services) there, as well as to provide benefits within the transactions by using the Domina Shopping Loyalty Card Application (hereinafter - the Application):
1.1.1. Benefits - participation in the activities and events organised by s/c "DOMINA Shopping" gives customers the opportunity to receive special offers, discounts (reduction of the full price of goods applicable during the relevant period), awards, as well as other benefits or advantages during the specified point accumulation period at s/c "DOMINA Shopping" or with cooperation partners. 1.1.2. Loyalty points accumulation - within the framework of the Loyalty Program, the opportunity offered to the Application User to accumulate loyalty points (hereinafter - Points) by using the Application at the time of the transaction and thereby recording the transactions made by the Application User in order to receive a reward(s) in exchange for a certain number of Points.
1.1.3. receive personalised offers and benefits based on the information provided in the Member's Questionnaire or online profile and subscribe to receive information in the manner of communication specified by the Member, including the use of information for the purpose of providing marketing content under the Loyalty Program in accordance with the information provided in the Member's Questionnaire or online profile.
1.2. The Loyalty Program at s / c "DOMINA Shopping" was launched on 08.11.2013, updated on 16.08.2021 and is valid indefinitely. The terms of the Program are subject to change. In case of changes, the Member will be informed about them in a form of communication agreed with the Member, e.g. by e-mail or text message. By using the downloaded Application, the Loyalty Program Member acknowledges that he/she is bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Manager shall be entitled to treat him/her as a Loyalty Program Member for as long as the Loyalty Card Application is used, but not longer than one year from the date of the last use of the Application.
1.3. Within the framework of the Program, the Controller of Personal Data processing is s / c "DOMINA Shopping" (SIA "EfTEN Domina", reg. no. 40103990157, Contact Information: phone: + 371 67 63 111, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Application for participation in the Loyalty Program:
Employees of s / c "DOMINA Shopping" can also be members of the Loyalty Program.
Employees of s / c "DOMINA Shopping" can apply for the Loyalty Program by downloading the Domina Shopping Loyalty Card Application in the App Store or Google Play, thereby entering into a contract for participation in the Loyalty Program and receiving a Membership Application, through which the Member is identified.
The App is available on the App Store or Google Play. Participation in the Loyalty Program is free of charge.
Participation in the Program is for an indefinite period of time until the Member withdraws from the Program or s / c "DOMINA Shopping" excludes the Member from the Program by notifying the Member in advance, subject to the prerequisites set out in these Terms and Conditions.
2.1. By using the Application at s /c "DOMINA Shopping" stores at the time of making a transaction and registering transactions, the Member accumulates Points during the Points accumulation period set by s / c "DOMINA Shopping".
2.2. Points are not awarded for the following actions:
2.2.1. for transactions in the DOMINA Shopping Information Center;
2.2.2. for the purchase of electronic gift cards at the DOMINA Shopping Information Center, stores or partners;
2.2.3. for payment of invoices for Third Party services at s /c DOMINA Shopping stores;
2.2.4. for payments (e.g. bank transfer, etc.) which are not made with cash, payment card or electronic gift card at s /c "DOMINA Shopping" stores.
2.3. The number of Points registered with the Application is calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount set by s / c "DOMINA Shopping", the amount of which is announced together with the Points accumulation period on the website www.domina-shopping.lv in the Loyalty Program section. s / c "DOMINA Shopping" reserves the right to unilaterally change the ratio of the transaction amount and the number of Points set in the Program upon the commencement of a new Points Accumulation Period, which shall be notified to the Member in advance.
2.4. The Points earned by the Member during the specified Points Accumulation Period at all s / c "DOMINA Shopping" stores shall be added together and accumulated in the Member's account.
2.5. Only one Member Account is opened for each Member, which is linked to the Application of a particular Member. Points accumulated in multiple Member Accounts cannot be aggregated or transferred to another Member Account.
2.6. Points for registered transactions are calculated and credited to the Member's Account within 1 (one) business day after receipt of the Member's transaction data from the outsourced service provider, which ensures receipt of the Member's transaction data from s / c "DOMINA Shopping" stores, where the Member has made transactions and used the Application for registration of Points.
2.7. s / c "DOMINA Shopping" shall have the right to adjust and update the number of Points calculated in the Member's account, taking into account the information obtained about returned purchases or other similar transactions that cancel previously made transactions or reduce their amount.
2.8. The Points accumulation period is indicated on the s / c "DOMINA Shopping" website www.domina-shopping.lv in the Loyalty Card Application Program section, as well as this information is available at the DOMINA Shopping Information Center. Points are accumulated during each respective Points accumulation period. At the end of the relevant Points accumulation period, the Member will no longer be able to accumulate Points. Points accumulated during a particular point accumulation period will not be carried over to the next specified point accumulation period.
2.9. Accumulated Points may be used to obtain an Award in the manner specified by s / c "DOMINA" Shopping during the Points accumulation period during which the Points were accumulated, as well as after its expiry within the period specified by s / c "DOMINA Shopping". Points not redeemed for Awards after the expiry of this period shall be cancelled. Each Points Accumulation Period may have a different duration and time limit within which Points may be exchanged for Awards. The period of time set for the exchange of accumulated Points shall be announced on the s / c "DOMINA Shopping" website www.domina-shopping.lv in the Loyalty Program section and at the DOMINA Shopping Information Center.
2.10. The Member may obtain information on the status of the Member's account and accumulated Points by visiting the online profile of the Member's account on the s / c "DOMINA Shopping" website www.domina-shopping.lv, the Loyalty Card Application Programme section, the Loyalty Card Application Profile section or by visiting the DOMINA Shopping Information Center in person and presenting the Application in order to enable the Information Center employees to identify the Member.
3.1. The Member may exchange the Points accumulated in the Member's account for an electronic gift card (hereinafter - Award). Such exchange of Points for an Award can be made starting from 7 Points accumulated (the Member has spent EUR 700 (seven hundred euro)) and 1 (one) Point corresponds to EUR 1 (one euro) of the electronic gift card.
3.2. A Member may exchange Points and obtain an Award from 01.01.2014. The minimum value of the Award is EUR 7 (seven Euros) and the maximum value is EUR 150 (one hundred and fifty Euros). The Member may choose the amount of the Award according to the amount of Points in the Member's Account at the time of receipt of the Award, subject to the minimum number of Points set out in Clause 3.1 for the receipt of the Award. Upon redemption of Points for the Award, the number of Points accumulated in the Members’ Account shall be reduced in accordance with the value of the Award in Points.
3.3. By receiving the Award, the Member acknowledges himself/herself to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of use of the electronic gift cards of s / c "DOMINA Shopping", which are available on the s / c "DOMINA Shopping" website: www.domina-shopping.lv, in the Electronic Gift Card section, as well as in the DOMINA Shopping Information Center. s / c "DOMINA Shopping" is entitled to add to or change the range of Awards at its sole discretion during the Program period. The Member may exchange the accumulated Points for an Award by visiting the DOMINA Shopping Information Center in person.
3.4. Points may be exchanged for an Award and the Award may be claimed immediately after the announcement of the Points for Award exchange period. DOMINA Shopping Information Center employees will identify the participant at the time of receiving the Award and have the right not to issue the Award if the Member cannot be identified (e.g. the Member does not have a personal identification document - passport or ID card).
4.1. The Member is entitled to receive the Benefits offered at s / c "DOMINA Shopping" stores. The Terms and Conditions of receiving the benefits, including but not limited to various purchase promotions, the amount of discounts and the discount period shall be determined by s / c "DOMINA Shopping", the stores located therein, as well as other cooperation partners of s / c "DOMINA Shopping". The current list of benefits is available on the s / c "DOMINA Shopping" website at www.domina-shopping.lv in the Loyalty Card Application Program section.
4.2. Benefits, such as discounts on goods or services, are calculated from the standard price of goods or services (full price of goods). Benefits from different campaigns, such as special offers and/or discounts, are not added together, unless specifically provided for by the relevant s / c "DOMINA Shopping" stores.
4.3. The amount and duration of the benefits offered to the Member, including the discounts offered, are subject to change.
4.4. s / c "DOMINA" Shopping, merchants or s / c DOMINA Shopping's business partners shall not, at the User's suggestion, replace Awards or Benefits with other types of Awards or Benefits and shall not compensate the Member for Awards or Benefits in cash.
5.1. s / c "DOMINA Shopping" shall be entitled to exclude the Member from the Program, to delete the Awards accumulated in the Member's account, as well as not to issue Awards if the Member is found to be in breach of the Program Terms and Conditions, the Loyalty Card Application Terms and Conditions or other laws and regulations related to the Program. In any case, s / c "DOMINA Shopping" reserves the right to exclude the Member from the Loyalty Program if the Member has not updated the information in the online profile for at least one year. s / c "DOMINA Shopping" reserves the right not to explain these considerations. Information on exclusion from the Loyalty Program will be sent to the means of communication indicated in the Member's Registration Form or posted in the online profile of the Member's account in the Application or on the s / c "DOMINA Shopping" website www.domina-shopping.lv, which is accessible for one month after exclusion from the Loyalty Program. After the expiry of the one-month period, the online profile will be permanently deleted. It is not possible for a Member to renew his/her previous membership, but it is possible to become a new Loyalty Program Member by following the steps set out in Clause 1.5 of these Rules.
5.2. The Member has the right to update his/her data, to inform about the method of communication or to refuse from it, as well as to refuse from participation in the Program by deleting the Member's Application or by deleting the online profile on the s /c "DOMINA Shopping" website www.domina-shopping.lv in the Loyalty Card Application Program section or in the DOMINA Shopping Information Center.
5.3. In case of force majeure, s /c "DOMINA Shopping" has the right to unilaterally terminate the Program and not to issue Awards to Members or to issue them at a later time than previously agreed upon, upon informing the Member thereof.
5.4. Complaints, requests for information must be submitted in writing to the DOMINA Shopping Information Center by filling in the relevant form or by e-mail to email@example.com in accordance with the s / c "DOMINA Shopping" Program Terms and Conditions. A reply to the received claim or information request shall be provided within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the claim or information request.
5.5. Additional information about the Program can be obtained by participants and other persons at the DOMINA Shopping Information Center or on the website www.domina-shopping.lv in the Program section of the Loyalty Card Application. Any person may also contact the DOMINA Shopping Information Center at any time and obtain the necessary information.
Processing of personal data
By joining the Loyalty Program and using the Loyalty Card Application, the Member confirms that he/she has provided his/her personal data and is informed that he/she has the right to contact s / c "DOMINA Shopping" at any time for further information on how his/her personal data is processed.
