Revising claims and complaints

Examining claims and complaints The customer may submit a complaint, submission or petition in written form and fill it in personally at the Domina Shopping Information Center or by mail to the address Ieriķu street 3, Riga, LV-1084, or legal address in Riga, Blaumaņa Street 5A-2, LV- 1011 or by e-mail: info@domina-shopping.lv. A complaint, submission or petition will be processed at the Domina Shopping office at Ieriķu Street 3, Riga, and we will process it as soon as possible. The answer will be provided in Latvian language within 30 (thirty) days to the address stated in the complaint, submission or petition. If the response will take more time, we will inform you about it. Upon your written request, we can provide a response in Russian or English language. Personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 and the Domina Shopping Privacy Policy.
