Video surveillance for real estate protection purposes

1. The Manager - SIA "EfTEN Domina", registration number 40103990157, legal address Riga, Blaumaņa street 5A-2, LV-1011, performs video surveillance for the purpose of protection of real estate. Video surveillance is carried out at the "Domina Shopping" shopping mall and in its territory.
2. The legal basis for video surveillance is Article 7. point 6. of the Personal Data Protection Law. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) point 6. part 1 subpoint f.
3. Categories of recipients of personal data - the Manager and its authorized employees or on the agreeement based co-operation partners, the data subject, the state and local government institutions in the cases provided for in normative regulations.
4. Regarding data processing, automatic decision is not made.
5. Personal data is not intended to be sent to a third country or an international organization.
6. The data subject has the right:
   1. obtain information about him, collected for the purpose of processing personal data, specified in point 1. ;
   2. if the Data Subject requests information regarding video surveillance, the Data Subject is required to provide the Manager, upon request, with the information necessary to identify the Data Subject and the personal data requested;
   3. Within month from the date of submission of the relevant request (no more than twice a year), it is possible to receive for free the information referred to in this paragraph or a reasonable written refusal to provide it fully or give a part of the information specified in this article. ​Issuing of the information may be refused if the Data Subject refuses to perform the obligation specified in subpoint 6.2;
   4. to request the correction or deletion of data, or restriction of processing, if permitted by normative regulations.
